Payment terms (e.g., upfront/milestones/retainer) are defined in the quote. Work starts after written approval.
Support and maintenance are optional and agreed separately (response times/scope defined in the package or contract).
To the extent permitted by law, liability follows the contract/quote. Critical systems require explicit SLA/redundancy agreements.
